On the Friday, everyone can participate in the Thruxton Experience consisting of three fantastic events sure to get the adrenaline flowing.
Ultimate track experience
This is a unique experience: following your initiation in the powerful Mazda3 MPS, you will go on to drive the thrilling Porsche Cayman as well as the single-seater Formula Renault before a final high-speed passenger lap, sure to send your adrenaline levels over the edge.
Race kart endurance
Thruxton has one of the very best outdoor kart tracks in the country. It is fast, challenging – you always feel you could have gone a little quicker and requires commitment and stamina. At 1100 metres long it’s got a selection of fast, slow and technical corners. 13bhp Thunderkarts will reach speeds up to 60mph and the ROC timing system will keep competitors and spectators fully informed on the race status.
Land and air combo
As well as the opportunity to see the Thruxton Motor Circuit and surrounding countryside whilst experiencing the sensation of flying in a Jet Ranger, you will get to master a host of land-based, fun activities including quad bikes, power-slide karts and laser shooting.
